Experience support and comfort in the recovery bike short designed to hold you in with exceptional core support post baby. Wear them under your clothes as a support garment, or wear them on their own. Suitable for natural and cesarean births, and as general post-surgical compression support.

These versatile Postnatal Recovery Bike Shorts are ideal to wear on their own or as an undergarment for exceptional support post-birth for postnatal mums.

Designed from our signature smoothing and squat-proof compression fabric, in conjunction with a women's health physiotherapist, these tights will assist in reducing swelling and muscle soreness after delivery, as well as provide core support for postnatal exercise.

Compression garments are recommended for new mums following childbirth to increase circulation to aid healing, reduce swelling and reduce post-pregnancy related aches and pains. Our Recovery styles are designed for use in the first 8-10 weeks after birth, however, we know that everyone’s post-birth experience will be different. We recommend wearing your Postnatal Recovery Tights for as long as they provide benefits.

New mums who are experiencing pelvic instability and abdominal separation (DRAM) will appreciate the targeted support and stability from the top of the waistband down to the hips and pelvis — without rubbing on cesarean scars.

You'll love wearing these under skirts and dresses for all-day comfort, or on their own as a statement tight.

The Recovery Tight is also available in 3/4 length, 7/8 length and full length.

Please note as this item is shipped from Australia, please allow for 5-10 days for delivery.

How to wear activewear post gym
There is no doubt post pandemic, we all have a special relationship with our activewear, and the great news is that it has never been more acceptable to style up your active pieces for a post gym brunch catch up. Matching sets make this fit look intentional and considered. To bring down the sporty vibe consider outerwear pieces you could layer on top after your workout such as a jean jacket, classic trench or oversized bomber jacket. Image credit: @musingsofacurvylady
