I'm an hourglass shape and have always been curvy. If I wear anything too loose fitting, it makes me look so much larger and shapeless, so my style tip is to embrace your fupa and wear fitted dresses to accentuate your curves. ๐Ÿค—

My tip is to avoid clothing that adds too much bulk, like overly ruffled pieces and boxy styles like shift dresses, as they give me no shape!

Invest in a good supportive bra! Nordstrom and Skims have a great selection.

My go to style tip for the X body shape is a belt or tie or anything you can use to ACCENTUATE the waist!

Stop thinking you have to create a "flattering" shape. The term flattering is often used instead of "slimming". If you don't feel comfortable pulling in your waist or showing off your shoulders or legs etc. Then don't. But you also don't have to hide. Comfort should always come first, but don't be afraid to take a tiny step out of your comfort zone and play around with styles and fits and cuts. Even if it's just in your own home or in a changing room. I started out wearing bikinis only at home then eventually I felt comfortable enough to parade around on a beach in one. My weight fluctuates, and when I'm at my largest, I don't feel comfortable pulling outfits in at my slimmest point on my waist. So a cute flowing dress makes me look just as cute left flowing as it does when belted and cinched. Please, please, also remember that SHAPE WEAR is not supposed to slim you down. It is there to smooth and accentuate. So thst a garment glides across your body instead of clinging to it.

Love these! I think having a capsule wardrobe helps as then you know everything coordinates together. I have a favorite color palette I like to stick to and feel good in! Find your colors and youโ€™ll feel confident whatever youโ€™re wearing

My tip is to hold your head up high and don't slouch. Body language is everything and you can feel and look so much better if you have confidence. xxx

You're fat. So what. own it.
