i've always found good plus size options for Halloween costumes on Amazon - they are also affordable on there. But definitely order in advance because sometimes the sizing and fit can be way off.
I'm going dressed as covid for Halloween this year lol.. I'll be making my own costume 😂

I got a good shark onesie for Halloween last year at Spirit Halloween. It was pricey but fit very well and is cozy enough that I wear it lounging around the house regularly!
Rather than buying something super fancy dress that will probably be worn once or twice (let's face it, costumes often get forgotten about or not taken care of). I prefer to buy items I can style up or down. So you could find a character and base an outfit around it rather than an actual costume - kinda like DisneyBounding
