Tips on getting a spray tan

I want to get a spray tan at a salon but I feel insecure. I've gained weight and have fat rolls and my belly hangs now. Would I would need to lift my belly up to make sure it all gets tan? Is this a common thing? Any tips or advice would be amazing! Please and thank you 💕

I haven't been to a professional place for this reason and always tan at home. Have you tried Fake Bake or Bondi Sands? They are both excellent.

I know I feel so intimidated. I want to try a salon because when I do my own tan I can't reach my back and I feel a bit patchy.

I have had a lot of spray tans in many Spas.

Yes, its important to move in such a way that all areas get some coverage, otherwise it's un-even. This means lifting one boob at a time to get some spray and also moving your belly or fat rolls - either by stretching or lifting them. There's no shame in doing so.

One tip I suggest is to bring some baby powder. After your tan is applied, Lightly dust some in the folds where skin touches other skin to prevent it from wearing away during those first hours when the tan is still fragile and developing. It can be uncomfortable standing naked or almost naked in front of a stranger, but try not to feel insecure. Whatever you've got under your clothes, Chances are, your tan artist has seen it all before and will pass no judgements. Happy tanning!
